my little pumpkin is approximately 2.18kgs as of yesterday!
she's already engaged and in position, ready to see mommy and daddy...
we have approximately 4 weeks till we get to see, hold, and have her in our arms...
i'm just praying that the whole journey will be a smooth sailing one, don't worry i won't be having any wishful thinking of not having any pain at all. that's normal. every women goes through it.
it'll be the most-est worth it pain, of all time.
doctor estimated that she might be 2.6kgs - 2.8kgs by the time she greets us! *pray that she'll be a healthy pumpkin for us ya?*
today my feet is swollen, and i looked like the elephant man, according to moms theory, your feet will be swollen for 3 times and by the time the 3rd it subsides... get your suitcase ready cause you'll be heading to the hospital!
oh yeah, another new thing i experience for the week is the braxton hicks! the fake contractions... yikes, heard it'll be 100 times worse when you're in actual labor...

excitement
spoke to my girlfriend yesterday, another prego lady like me except for her due date was yesterday... but i guess her boy was pretty comfortable staying in longer! teehee. she mentioned that she'll be inducing today, am excited for her!

yes as i'm writing the blog am actually talking to her! hehe... yeap she's in the hospital and expecting little isaac before 2 p.m. today.

yesterday i got carried away at the stationary shop, i know i'm not suppose to be involved in the baby shower, but but but... i couldn't help it!
i thought of something for the favor bags (haven't figured out the gifts, i think D has though!) for my guests, teehee... yes, either everything is pink or it has the elements of animals! so far i've gotten - giraffes, moo-moos, and zebras, but i think i shall go back for more. since i'm not that occupied in the office i thought what a better way to kill time.
also based on D's game list that she emailed me yesterday, i have prepped some of the stuff for the games, hehee... yes talk about being excited! tak sabar pulak.
now i just have to figure out what else i can do to help, or i could just be in the way of the organizers! ehhe... oh well... i guess i will just have to find out :D i hope i won't get shoooooooed by them. hihi.

updates
as i mentioned in my last entry, we will have no choice but to check with sunway medical hospital regarding the antenatal class! and we did, was there on friday... we spoke to the receptionist and she told us that we had to make the appointment on our own to see the mid-wife! EEEEEEKKSS! well to be honest is not that i mind... but her tone was rather condescending! that is something i find rather hard to tolerate. how in gods name are we suppose to know these things!
well i almost lost it, biasa la now i can blame it on the hormones and all right? but i didn't instead i was just rambling things to hubs...
walked back to the car under the hot sun... and called the mid-wife, explained to her my situation and she told me i could join her class for this coming week, for the final class which she'll be explaining more on breast-feeding and all... so i said yeah i'll attend her class and continue with the other 3 in august, thank god its possible.
*okay so itu sudah settle* yippie.
now am suppose to put in more effort to list down my wish list! hehe my wonderful friends who decided to throw a baby shower for me insist that i do so... i'm seriously looking forward to that!! woo-pee-doo-dee!
however, before i get to that day... i am forced to balik kampung, my grandma's house! not that i mind going back... i love going back there... is just that my not so pleasant auntie is back from geneva already! goodness gracious! it has been a roller-coaster ride with her for the last 26 years of my life! i kid you not... instead of being a supportive auntie she just causes havoc and shit for the family. all the feud and all is caused by her and her extremely creative mouth... ergh... i really dread it!
forgive me for my bitching! but you would do the same if you were in my position... but if i had to give any reason at all for going, it's because of mom and it's for a good cause - kenduri to sambut bulan ramadhan! and not for her... bluek.
somehow, she's still not done with the story of my wedding, which was 3 years ago and i did not invite her personally to my wedding?! what the heck man, none of my other aunties made such a big fuss for anything!! it is understood, when you're apart of the family you're automatically invited la... gila ni nak red carpet! ok i think i should stop... mengurangkan pahala je :)

32 weeks 4 days
apparently when you're in your 32nd week, you are suppose to feel the contractions already - which is called Braxton Hicks, apparently its a preview of the real contraction except for this is a milder one... i believe "YIKES" or "HOLY Macaroni" should come in place!! these contractions mean your uterus is practising for the strong contractions needed in labour, but it doesn't mean that we're about to go into real labour! (they also said that, my baby's lungs are developed most of their airways and airsacs to use after birth).
yes aside from reading all the books and articles on the websites and all, i should be attending my antenatal class, which i have yet to sign up for... I HAVE TO DO IT BY FRIDAY! (die-die also, latest by end of this week!)
i only have 6 weeks to go!! yes, panicking here... i shouldn't insert the obvious right? wrong, people think i'm all up and dandy, don't look or sound like i'm panicking, but just to tell you the truth ladies and gents, it scares the be-geezuz out of me!
but i can't help feeling excited too, day by day we've been washing her clothes to get everything prepped, got my hospital bag on stand-by! need to send the baby cot over to my parents, as i will be going through my confinement there, am so looking forward to all the MASSAGE sessions... been missing that for the last 8 months! :D
think today i might drop by a friends shop @ amcorp mall to check out the baby stuff, who knows i might end up buying more stuff for my little grrrl, i need to stock up on her soft toys! hehe...

i just saw my little grrrl!
so i just got back from the clinic, extremely eager to know how much weight i have put on and the status of my little grrrl!
but as i weight myself, i was still stagnant at 7 kgs, we estimated that i was suppose to put on another 1.5 kgs but - NO HAVE! i'm stuck. she asked if i was on a diet... haha... which seriously i think this week i have misbehaved! last nite for dins i had my nasi lemak, and over the weekend during the kenduri, aunt made extremely delicious and irresistable food, how not to eat nasi? okay let me just explain bits and pieces, she cooked - gulai lemak ayam, daging masak kicap, kerabu pucuk paku, sambal tumis ikan bilis with stinky beans better known as 'petai', and ikan masin with sambal belacan!
i must say it was the complete package! :D
okay back to the little grrrl, she's approximately 1.87 kgs now... and when my doc wanted to do the 4D scan, she had her hand at the side of her head, she finally moved it as soon as the doc was about to snap the pic, she moved it next to her mouth, only this time round she had both of her hands covering her mouth... seriously my little grrrl is funny... we had a great laugh with the doc today!

w.e.i.r.d
listening to the new N.E.R.D album Seeing Sounds, and i actually think its weird! hani!! you said it was freaking awesome, its more like freaking je laaa!!
last night was the first time after 5 years or so hubs played in a futsal tourney! and yes as usual i was a needy-cheerleader la. it was a rather tough game as the boys were against their so called *jinx* opponent... since the last league or something.
went out for supper at jalan 222, had the yummy nasi lemak bungkus at 10p.m. which i was not suppose to - yeap boys and girls, i'm officially a glutton! eating rice at that hour... so next time when i'm complaining i'm fat, gemuk, or am putting on weight, just ignore me k! i should have just gone for their yummylicious asam laksa!
sat for an hour or so, and then i was already keen to go home as my back was giving me problems! ergh... it hurts from time to time when the seats are extremely uncomfortable! oh well... i just have approximately 7 weeks more to go.

can't stand them!
there's no denying, malaysian drivers are extremely IDIOTIC & SELF CENTERED!
today as we were driving through the back road of KBU, a car wanted to make a u-turn, and as we were driving on the fast lane but only going about 60km cause its an inner road which does not have a lot of traffic, that seems to be the best speed to go. but this idiotic of a driver wanted to make a quick one, only realized that we were on that lane ALMOST a wee-bit late!
we had to swerve the car, which seriously scared the be-geezuz out of me! and we honked like a mental patient, just to let him know of his stupidity! he looked and gave us that "muka terkejut" i did not commit any mistakes, why'd you honked at me for?
thank goodness i was trying to calm my self down, or else i wouldn't know what kind of other sign language i'd be able to share with him!

over the two days
sat
we had late lunch @ delicious, met up with malik, jo, liana, zadey, bro n didi! its been a while since we last saw didi... she's looking all radiant now :) in her 4th month! happy happy joy joy, we were just updating each other on the pregnancy and catching up! then we left and headed straight for the curve.
so yeah, we did go for the sale yesterday... as usual, mothercare was filled with fiesty pregnant ladies, can't blame us, we've got the hormones to blame!
we got a couple of dresses, a pair of jeans, a skirt and a couple of tops for clothes... not forgetting the thing that ripped our wallets apart was the cotbed and mattress... hehe... oh well, thank goodness at least we're done with the bulky items, now we're slowly collecting the smaller ones which is managable, i hope.
we were pretty exhausted when we got back and decided to just veg-in last night! stayed at home and watched hells kitchen season 4, filled with dramas!

had tea @ santai, finally met up with khairul and dephanie *eerr, don't know if that's how you spell it... yeah that's besides the point! we adore her! she's just so bubbly :) way-to-go dude! then the rest joined us, the usual people...
right after, walked over to the pasar malam area and got some fruits and food for dins! i was extremely drained out and tired by the time we got home...
oh yeah, baby is extremely active today as she was kicking me almost the whole afternoon, think she was reminding me that she was hungry already, since i totally forgot to take lunch... hihi she's hilarious, reminds me of me when i'm hungry... all cranky and shiet!

a lil update
today although things were pretty slow in the office, we had loads of errands to run.
alhamdulillah we managed to pick out our cheque from the client! wow, what a great feeling! seriously something that they've been holding back a while ago... according to them it had something to do with closing of the accounts, therefore there will be no payments going out or coming in! so we waited. about a fcuking month late!
but thank goodness, that's sorted, we're just waiting for the next one from them... god only knows when that will be released.

then off to bangsar for me docs appointment. always get excited when i'm about to see her, one of the best O&G! very maternal...
so okay, the latest update about my pregnancy:

think that's about it... we also discussed her name with the in laws, and am pretty happy that they're pretty keen and loved the idea of her name :)
