"good morning bandung"
this picture was taken out of boredom while waiting for malik! so yeah, the cam whores are always on high alert, ready and perky! *snapping away*
we got up early in the morning as we had planned to have breakfast at the famous kampung daun, we told dadan to pick us up by 8:30 a.m. checked out and made our way there, the ride to kampung daun would be unbearable for some. if you have extremely low tolerant of being in the car and you easily get car sick, this ride is not recommended for you. i was just sitting in the car enjoying the view, love looking at the beautiful fresh flowers, sold by the nurseries there. how i wish i could buy a couple of those plants, but i guess at the end of the day when it gets to the airport i could kiss it good-bye! the air that you breathe in bandung is so different from jakarta, i'm afraid that my plant might get suffocated. anyway, back to the journey... breeze, the hills, the clouds, everything was just pretty! like i said i love enjoying nature at its best.

finally we had arrived at kampung daun, only to learn that they only open for lunch by 11:00 a.m. we couldn't wait, for one some of us were already hungry, and the other is we had extremely limited time. however, since we were already there we might aswell just check out the area, the ambiance, and the facilities. so yeah, we walked inside... and we were in awe.

how unfortunate, we could not eat there. however, that did not stop us, we made our way to another restaurant called 'sapu lidi'. it's just as good i guess...

right after that hearty meal we had, we made our way to jalan riau another factory outlet area. i know i'm suppose to go all crazy and nuts! but however, i wasn't. even i was surprise. SHIT! this is not me, at all. i was tired and falling sick i guess. ah well... there's always the next trip!
by 1:20 p.m we got back to bandung shopping mall, and we walked in to the bakery to get something to munch, as i like to walk and not look where i'm headed, i took a really bad fall! yes, ladies and gents I FELL IN THE MALL! fucken hell. i didn't know which one i should indulge into, either the pain or the humiliation?!? any suggestions? well, should that happen to you, do let me know ok? think my bro and hubs was worried, but at the same time they were trying so hard not to laugh at that incident! think my face was extremely RED!! thank god there was no one that i knew in bandung, except for these 3 boys that i travelled with.
what a way to end the bandung trip. aside from me falling in the mall, the trip there was pretty enjoyable.
then we made our journey back to jakarta, will continue in the next blog. am, a little embarassed with the fell in the mall bit! later!
