on the way to lcct, i was hoping and praying for our flight, god forbid that it gets delayed! that would just ruin our plans. thank goodness everything went according to schedule, except for the part where we had to go through some stupid turbulence (yes, in my case any sort of it pisses the living hell out of me!). but all in all everything went well.
got to soekarno hatta by 11:00 a.m. anxious to get ourselves to bandung, we headed straight to the ticket counter, only to learn that all the buses headed there was full except for the 2:00 p.m bus. okay fine, beggars can't be choosers! WHATEVER! we took it anyway. we had our first meal at bakso malang cafe, yes indeed some of you might want to translate that malang refers to hapless/unlucky, so i would suggest that you do not, and i repeat DO NOT translate everything you read when you're in indonesia. we enjoyed the first meal, as it was the bakso noodle with some mince chicken and as a side dish they provided the beef-balls in the tasty soup. your meal will have to go hand in hand with the famous teh-botol by sosro! yums!
finally it was 1:45 p.m. and we got on the bus, they're pretty punctual so we were happy. if you're thinking that you're going to enjoy the ride to bandung, by taking pictures of the country side, don't be deceived yeah! it's similar to our country side, the highway is only 2 lanes, and the never-ending amount of cars, ohh my goodness. its crazy! and after 3 hours poof you're in bandung! i have to admit the weather in bandung is just perfecto!
waited for the driver to pick us up, for about 30 minutes, all we wanted was just to check into the hotel, and get our asses straight to the factory outlet areas - dago! and so we did, however due to all the mumbo-jumbo (jam, checking into the hotel, the journey around, we only managed to shop for an hour an a half!) what the hell? so, at the end of the day i just had no mood to shop, maybe for a couple of things... hehe... i was hungry by 9, and i made sure the boys were also on the same boat! hehe, we had dins at this place called nyonya house or something, as we got there i was shocked, he's taking us for dins at a bakery shop? another what the hell? but as we walked into the shop, there was a secret passage, che wah! gila berangan. nah wasn't a secret passage, just a door leading us to this really chilled out place, the ambiance was really nice, relaxing.
we asked dadan, the guy who took us around in bandung, how is the night life there? he looked at us and said, kalo kamu suka dangdut inilah tempat yang paling bagus skali! hehe, cute huh? so for those who is interested in looking for those happening dangdut clubs, please book the next flight out to bandung! anyway after dins, we decided to call it a night, as we were seriously tired, smelly, and sleepy! so yeah basically that's the whole journey for the day.
