gone by quickly

wow, time passes by so quickly! with a blink of an eye... we have entered the 19th day of fasting... and Eid will only be 2 weekends away... i could still recall the fasting month a year ago! we were still staying at the taman tun house, which i was totally fond off! and this year we have moved the the apartment, but i guess sooner or later we'll be back in the taman tun neighborhood... accessible and extremely near to one utama... yes i will be entering the danger zone. somehow i think i'll manage... hehe...

anyway, we had a pleasant 'buka puasa' yesterday at a cafe in ss2 called green wood. few of us turned up, but it was still good enough, the food there came quickly, some of us had the local delicacies, some had the western, either one is good if you ask me, and the prices were pretty affordable...

we sat from buka to supper, yes indeed we did! hehehe... that's how long we sat still and endured each others company! but i like it, its not pretty often that we get everyone together... except for the fact that cikz wasn't around... woman just to let you know, this place has the BEST mash potatoes... "we had onions and bacon in it..."

we just sat down and blabbed everything and anything we wanted, some of us were complaining about work, some of us are complaining about the never ending boredom at home, some was talking about the fact that they had their mid-terms next week, but one thing we all had in common was our sleeping habit which has gone totally hay-wire. hopefully it'll be alright after the fasting month ey?

in the next 2 weeks everyone will be going back to their hometown, all out of kl... so, hubs and i we're not sure when exactly are we going to have a get-together or a open house at our place... since everyone will be missing the first few days of raya/Eid. hmmm... need to be discussed further...

i think we'll have the few last sessions over here *sob*sob* so sad... yes i've grown to love the apartment, and soon i'll have to part with it, but its okay i guess it doesn't matter where we move to, anywhere, we will always make it home to us... and as cozy as possible ;) that's a promise.

now the sucky bit is when we're actually shifting! the packing and unpacking, god damn it!! okay *woosa* i'm not going to think about it now till the time is right...

i just can't wait for raya! all the yummylicious food, mom's soto, rendang daging/ayam, kuah kacang with nasi impit (yes-i'm-so-going-to-belasah-the-food!) yes, even the nasi impit! screw it... i just want to reward myself this time round... hehe... yeah yeah i know we have at least 2 weeks more to go, but i can't help it! i'm just drooling over the food as of this moment... YUMMAY!
