happy as a hippo...

been rather busy over the weekend, and this week... that's why i haven't been as active with updating the blog. so sue me!

saturday we had a long day, hubs, aira and i... poor baby it was one of her first few long outings!

a group of friends decided to meet up after a dear friend who we have not seen for almost 5 months, imagine the amount of stories and gossips had to be shared between all of us! basically we were rushing to talk and chat.

company was good, food was extra delicious cause you were sharing it with the loved ones, weather was good it wasn't hot, everything was just lovely, except for minor glitches here and there... i think dahl would know what i'm referring to!

after the whole hoo-haa @ delicious, we left and headed straight for a friends open house in kota damansara. wow, talk about being done with confinement, there's just no holding back! but i've been good and bored at the same time, can't blame me! seriously.

by the time we got home it was 1030 p.m. i felt so guilty for taking the little one for far too long! felt like i was a terrible mother, but i think there's a blessing in disguise - she quickly adapted to a new cycle, whereby she sleeps at 1 a.m. and wakes up at 6 a.m. allowing me to sleep for 5 hours! whoo-pee-doo-dee! *so so happy, happy as a hippo!*

hope this carries on throughout the next few months! like i said, "one can only hope..."
