i think, this weekend is all about food

the message beeped at 8 a.m. it was cikz asking us if we were up yet (how cute, yes we were up just tossing and turning). then we told her to make her way over, and so she did. i was pretty excited, it has been a couple of months since we last saw her, well to be exact it has been 3 1/2 months! right? instead of our usual routine of seeing each other every 2 weeks. we did not go according to the plan. haha. anyway, there was just so much to talk about... conversation went on and on from work to friends to social life to not having any life because you're stuck with work sort of stuff! just catching up.

then we left the house about 1040 a.m. made our way to p.j. picked malik up and made our way to FAM or some might call it subang ria. had brunch. cikz had missed all the malaysian food, she wanted to eat nasi lemak which she had, the list was pretty long, but she didn't in the end. dropped by my parents for a while, and made our way to shah alam, and back to parents. cikz finally met my fatty cat bobbins!



by the time we got back home, it was already 4 p.m. my goodness we were pretty tired so we just crashed. slept for an hour, woke up and made some malay tea cakes. okay they're not called cakes but cucur ikan bilis to munch for tea. then we left the house made our way to bangsar village, met wo, eryll, zaza, then piej and jj joined them for a while. then i made my way to megamall for a quick dins with in-laws.

today i had completed the circle in bangsar itself. haha. it was pretty crazy, finally i just decided to go home, i was pretty tired by 10. thought of going out to meet up with cikz and ceza but we were all on the same boat, we were TIRED!

so i stayed at home, hubs and the boys was out at jarrod and rawlins. i stayed and chilled with my boys "the miami ink" crew. i was just watching tv and i was in awe, they're really gifted, you just gotta love their artistic skills. slept right after.

listening to: trouble sleeping by corrine bailey rae, "the irony"... i did not have any sort of trouble trying to sleep.
