yada-yada-yada, aside from what others have to say about malaysia and our crazy politicos! i'd like to take this opportunity to say 'happy 51st merdeka to all malaysian citizens!'

however, we were annoyed that the fireworks that was blasting behind our house at 12a.m. which i was just about to reach my REM (deep sleep) it went te-ba-bom!! thank goodness... after 5 minutes we managed it just fine.

i'm also keen and excited that we will be embarking into our holy month tomorrow insyallah... bulan ramadhan. a little disappointment, is that i won't be able to complete my fast for 30 days, but i will be rewarded with the most precious gift from Allah almighty, insyallah... in a couple of days time.

am extremely greatful for everything. alhamdulillah.

new found love

bought aira's carrier yesterday, thank goodness for the 25% discount! well worth it. then we discovered something new we'd love to have in our collection. however after serious consideration, we'd have to save up a couple of months in advance before we decide to purchase the chair!

i highly recommend that you take a good look at this extremely good looking chair. it may not be as worth it as you think, but aira's able to use it til she's over 36kgs!! how great is that? haha... and yes i'm not saying that i'm going to turn my daughter into some obese kid, its just that she's able to use it til she grows older. capische?

the retail price for this chair is approximately RM1899! haha... that is why we'd have to save a few months in advance. however, i've already given a heads-up to her uncle, so who knows he might be generous enough then to contribute for it.

tried and failed

i've been totally bored with the template i've been using for the blog. tried to download some new ones but i'm just a hopeless wreck trying to figure out what goes where, so in the end i just decided that i would not have a problem sticking to something dull and mundane! so there you go... a new look for my blog! ahah..

things you have to go through!

usually i get either compliments or criticism from people especially during my pregnancy (but hands down i think its more on criticism!!) most will ask me if i'm carrying a girl, and when i say 'yes' they'll say ohhh... no wonder, your skin color is funny, or discolored, or you really look tired and pale all the time... bluegh!

its pretty disheartening!! or shall i say menyakitkan hati, dah la you put on weight and people comment on that too! tsk tsk tsk...

however, just now while hubs and i were having dins, we were looking at this little girl who was having dins with her grandparents! she's extremely adorable and she speaks really well... however, we smiled and made eye contact and all... i just love looking at their bond, between the grand parents and the grand child! i would loveeeee for my chubster to be close to hers!

when i stood up she looked and gasped, put both of her hands on her mouth and said "ohhh, so cuteee!!" then looked at me and asks, "is that your first?" i smiled shamefully, nodded and said "yes..." and again she complimented me. seriously 'grandma, you really made my day!!'

weekly update!

was at the hosp earlier, and spoke to my other gynae at assunta hosp about baby's estimated due date (edd) and our birth plan aswell... well at least bits and pieces of it.

baby grrrl is approximately 3.1 as of today! my my she has grown so fast within a week! and her femur bone is approximately 3 inches. long huh? who knows she's going to have fabulous legs like heidi klum or gisele bundchen! haha... she'd make a killing then huh?

oh well, i'm just cracking jokes as my days are nearer and i'm getting more nervous and anxious!

met dahl & hadi for tea, thanks for the prezzies lovelies! seriously you didn't have to... but its well appreciated none-the-less.

anyhoo, hubs and i spoke to each other and just in case if i don't deliver before the 8th which was the initial edd, then we're going to induce it on the 8th... hopefully all goes well...

happy birthday to me

bluegh! so i'm officially 27, i seriously don't feel special at all on my birthday, haha... its just another day that goes by and all i'm looking forward to is seeing my little chubster.

maybe i'm just being a lazy sod, can't be bothered to feel excited about it, teehee.

just finished dins at fatty crab. although it was only the 5 of us the bill came up to RM240! haha... we ordered practically all that we could think of except for those yucky century eggs.
